Worth considering if…
Consider it if app-based adjustment and connected audio are priorities, then confirm the exact phone and package.
Keep this in mind
The exact Amazon listing states 23 hours for hearing or 12 hours for streaming. The manufacturer page also gives 31 hours in its introduction but 23 in its specification section; confirm the supplied version.
The details that change the decision
Living with RIC800
Connected listening
RIC800 describes phone calls and media streaming alongside app fine-tuning. Confirm your phone and the current app requirements with the seller.
Keep the source and usage mode visible
The exact Amazon product describes up to 23 hours in hearing mode or 12 hours while streaming, plus three case recharges. The manufacturer introduction says 31 hours, while its specification section says 23. These unresolved claims are not averaged or presented as test results.
Check the buying channel
A trial offered by the manufacturer’s direct store is not automatically the policy for an Amazon order. Check the seller’s exact return terms before purchase.
Put the features into your day
Two decisions before choosing RIC800
Editorial interpretation of the documented features, not a listening test.
If calls and music are part of daily use
The exact listing records up to 23 hours in hearing mode or 12 hours streaming. The manufacturer introduction also says 31 hours while its specification section says 23. Keep the conflict visible and request the supplied version’s manual; do not calculate an invented mixed-use average.
Interpret the conflicting power figures →If you are choosing between RIC700 and RIC800
RIC700 explicitly limits streaming to compatible iOS devices. RIC800 documents connected audio with a different scope, so check your actual phone and app rather than transferring either model’s compatibility. Confirm the seller’s return policy separately from any direct-store trial.
