Worth considering if…
Consider it if you want a small in-canal format and a choice between general and noisier listening settings.
Keep this in mind
A small form factor can make handling more demanding. This exact model has different battery claims from the current brand comparison chart.
The details that change the decision
Living with Supermini
Two everyday listening settings
General and noisy-environment modes provide a limited set of choices. The presence of a noise setting is not proof of a particular speech-in-noise result.
Automatic power and memory
The devices turn on and off with case use. A memory function is described after ten minutes of use, reducing repeated adjustments.
Treat this as an exact configuration
This page covers the beige pair with a yellow case. Battery figures on the current Supermini-b comparison page differ, so this page retains the more-than-16-hours claim tied to this exact product.
Put the features into your day
Two decisions before choosing Supermini
Editorial interpretation of the documented features, not a listening test.
If discretion is the main attraction
The completely-in-canal format still needs insertion, removal and cleaning. General and noisy-environment settings offer two documented choices; they are not evidence that a smaller device will understand speech better. Try the physical adjustment sequence before relying on it.
