Rechargeable hearing aids charger: match the exact model

Match a replacement hearing-aid charger or case to the exact model. Check contacts, power requirements, included parts and seller support before ordering.

Physical fit is not a compatibility check

Match a charger or case to the exact hearing-aid model and generation using manufacturer information. A shared brand name or cable connector does not establish that the contacts and power requirements are compatible.

Find the labels on both the device and existing case. If one is missing, ask how to identify the equipment rather than using a different charger as an experiment.

Identify what actually needs replacing

  • The cable connecting the charger to power.
  • A power adapter, where one is required.
  • The charging base or case itself.
  • A case that also stores unplugged reserve power.

These can be separate components. Solid’s case requires an external power connection; several other models describe reserve recharges. A storage box is not automatically a portable battery.

Ask the seller to confirm the complete match

Provide the model, generation, existing charger identifier and proposed replacement. Ask whether the cable and adapter are included, whether setup is required and what return terms apply if compatibility is wrong.

Do not transfer an older Core One case to Pro, or one Atom X generation’s case to another, without confirmation. This site has not established cross-generation charger compatibility.

Avoid improvised charging repairs

Check only external conditions and indicators described in the instructions. Note what the case lights show and what changed. If there is moisture, unusual heat or visible damage, stop and ask support before charging again.

A new charger does not prove that the hearing aid itself is working. Seek a documented compatibility or service answer. Use the power-off guide for daily operation and the care guide for maintenance; neither supplies an electrical repair procedure or a universal power-adapter specification.

Exact model examples to check

Some linked model pages contain purchase links that may earn a commission. Read how links work.

  • Ceretone Solid — Large on-device multifunction switch; Up to 20 hours; case requires a power cable.
  • Ceretone Core One Pro — Charging-case controls; Up to 20 hours / 80 total including case.

These examples illustrate the documented task, not a ranking or a compatibility guarantee. The linked model pages retain research dates and unresolved limits.
